We are hosting Tané Summit #2 in Tokyo on Saturday, April 5, 2025.

Tané Summit is a gathering of entrepreneurs, builders, and researchers from various fields within Crypto. It aims to provide deep learning and insights that go beyond just networking by discussing the latest initiatives. This will be the third time the summit has been held, following two previous events.(#0#1)

In the previous Tané Summit, we focused on discussing important topics of the time, such as the latest trends in modular blockchains, understanding the market structure of DeFi, and MEV.

This time, we plan to cover topics such as US regulatory trends following the potential inauguration of a Trump administration, AI x Crypto, the evolution of cryptography, and important themes related to Ethereum development, including Native Rollup.

Towards Hosting the Summit

Our reason for hosting the Tané Summit is driven by a strong desire to foster more entrepreneurs, researchers, and developers from Japan who can thrive on the global stage.

We believe that to achieve this, it is essential to deeply understand all state-of-the-art topics, engage in thorough discussions, and repeatedly gain new discoveries from these exchanges. To create a platform in Japan specifically dedicated to high-quality discussions and interactions that can facilitate this, we launched the Tané Summit initiative.

At this upcoming Tané Summit, we will continue to prioritize discussions on major movements and technological innovations within key ecosystems like Ethereum, as we have in the past. However, we believe the following two themes, in particular, will be crucial discussions that strongly reflect current trends:

First, we aim to carefully analyze the current discussions and potential future directions of blockchain and crypto asset regulations in the US under a possible Trump administration, given the various developments we are observing.

Second, considering the rapid advancements in generative AI, we will explore important points to consider when building businesses using AI. Furthermore, we will delve into how blockchain and cryptographic technologies can contribute and provide new value to the AI field, and conversely, how AI can potentially drive the evolution of blockchain. Through these discussions, we aim to anticipate the future direction of technology, deepen everyone's understanding of the future, and gain new insights.

This time as well, we will have entrepreneurs active in the global ecosystem and researchers tackling the most advanced challenges as speakers. We hope that by engaging with their insights and experiences and thoroughly discussing with all participants, new perspectives and inspiration will emerge.

Having organized Tané Summit #0 and #1 in the past, we ourselves have gained many valuable learnings. For this upcoming Summit, we intend to leverage that experience to create an enriching and meaningful time where all participants can share these learnings and collectively strive for even greater achievements.
